We're hiring a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end features across our React/Next.js dashboard + FastAPI backend. You'll ship things like real-time plan changes (Stripe Subscription.modify), multi-account architecture, and AI workflow orchestration.
You will
• Lead 2-3 end-to-end features per quarter, from spec → ship → iterate based on metrics. • Pair with the founder + 2 other engineers on architecture decisions. • Own production reliability for your features (on-call rotation 1 week / 6).
You have
• 5+ yrs full-stack (React + Python or Node). • Shipped multi-tenant SaaS at scale. • Comfort with Stripe, OAuth flows, AI provider APIs. • Strong taste for product UX, not just code.
Compensation
$140k–$180k base + 0.1–0.5% equity. Remote (US/EU/India timezones). Health, dental, vision, $5k home-office stipend.
