Overview
This DPA forms part of the OmniMark Pro Terms of Service and applies whenever we process personal data on your behalf as your data processor.
Processing scope
We process personal data as documented in the Privacy Policy and only as instructed by you (the controller) in connection with the service.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors is at /legal/sub-processors. We notify customers 30 days before adding a new sub-processor.
Security
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures as described at /legal/security.
Data transfers
For EU/UK transfers, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) and UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
