Roles

You are the data controller; OmniMark is the processor for customer data you load into the platform.

Processing terms

We process only on documented instructions, ensure confidentiality, assist with data-subject requests, and support audits as set out in the agreement.

Sub-processors

A current list of sub-processors is available on request; we notify of changes per the agreement.
