Accounts

You are responsible for your account, users you invite, and keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to act for your organisation.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no sending of unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in your order. We may change pricing with notice.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach. On termination you may export your data for a limited window before deletion.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
