1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OmniMark Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Subscription + billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Real-time plan changes are processed via Stripe Subscription.modify with proration. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use OmniMark Pro to send spam, transmit malware, harass others, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Service-level commitments
Standard plans include 99.9% uptime SLA. White-Label Enterprise includes 99.95% uptime SLA with dedicated infrastructure. See /legal/sla for full terms.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your data. We retain all rights to the OmniMark Pro platform, including AI models we develop.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniMark Pro's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
