How to permanently delete your OmniMark workspace and its data, or a social connection.

Delete your workspace

A workspace owner signs in and opens Settings → Delete Workspace, types the workspace name and confirms. Subscriptions stop renewing straight away, and all owners and admins get an email.

What happens next

The workspace keeps working for 30 days so you can export data or change your mind (Settings → Delete Workspace → Keep my workspace). After 30 days everything is erased permanently: contacts, conversations, campaigns, files, connected accounts and team members. Copies in our encrypted backups expire on a rolling basis within 6 months. Payment records stay with Stripe / Razorpay as the law requires.

Facebook and Instagram

If you remove OmniMark from your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and websites) or ask Facebook to delete your data, we delete every Facebook and Instagram connection made with your login, including the stored access tokens, and give you a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@omnimarkpro.com from the address on the account. We verify ownership before deleting anything.
