Data controller / processor

When you use OmniMark Pro to send marketing emails, you are the controller and we are the processor. When you sign up for OmniMark itself, we are the controller of your account data.

Lawful basis

We process customer data based on contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for product improvement.

Data subject rights

EU residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object. Email gdpr@omnimark.pro to exercise these rights.
