1. Information we collect
OmniMark Pro collects account information (name, email, company), product usage data, and any data you import into the platform (contacts, campaigns, content). We do not sell personal data.
2. How we use information
We use the data you provide to operate the service, send transactional emails, improve product features, and provide customer support. AI features process your data inside encrypted contexts and do not train shared models.
3. Data retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Audit logs may be retained up to 7 years on enterprise plans for compliance.
4. Sub-processors
We use Stripe (billing), AWS (infrastructure), Resend / SendGrid (transactional email), Cloudflare (CDN/DDoS), Twilio (SMS), and OpenAI / Anthropic / Groq (AI inference). Full list at /legal/sub-processors.
5. Your rights
You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time via Settings → Data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR (right to be forgotten, data portability).
