The MCP server lives at /api/v1/mcp (Streamable HTTP). ChatGPT (Settings → Connectors) and Claude.ai (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) connect with just that URL: OAuth discovery, registration and the consent screen are built in, and you pick read-only or read + changes-that-wait-for-approval.
Tools, keys with MCP scopes, the approval queue and the full call log live in the dashboard under AI Connections. Assistants can never send email, publish posts or spend money.
