Get content ideas from what customers actually tell you, then one brief becomes social posts, an email and a blog article in your brand voice.

Where the ideas come from

Ideas use real workspace data only: needs and objections your team and the AI employee learned about contacts (contact memory), how many deals you won recently (never customer names or amounts), your best-selling products from WhatsApp and store orders, and questions AI assistants answer without mentioning you (AI search). If there's no data yet, you won't see made-up ideas — write a brief instead.

Brand voice and accuracy

Drafts follow your brand voice when it's turned on (Settings → Brand voice). Each social post is kept within that platform's length limit. The writer is told never to invent statistics, prices, customers or quotes — where a detail is needed you'll see a [placeholder] to fill in.

Approval

Every pack waits for approval. Owners and admins can approve, as can anyone with edit rights in Social and Email — but not for a pack they requested themselves. Rejecting keeps a note for the requester. AI agents can ask for a pack too (the draft_content tool); it lands in the same queue. Approving only creates drafts — nothing is posted or sent until you schedule it.
