What syncs

Emails to and from your CRM contacts (both directions), and meetings with contacts in the next 60 days — including moves and cancellations. Nobody is added as a contact automatically.

Sending

Replies from the Unified Inbox go from your own address in the same thread. Each teammate connects their own mailbox.

Calendar only

Choose “Calendar only” if you just want busy times and bookings in your calendar.
