Sell in WhatsApp: catalog, carts and payment links

Show products in WhatsApp, turn carts into orders and get paid by card, UPI or Pix with a “Pay now” button.

Carts and payments

When a customer sends a cart from your catalog it becomes an order, and (if turned on) they get a “Pay now” button right away. The payment goes to your own Stripe (cards, wallets, and Pix if you enabled it in Stripe) or Razorpay (UPI and cards for rupees) and the order is marked paid automatically. Each pay link works once.

Direct UPI and Pix

Optionally add a UPI ID or Pix key: the pay page then also shows “Pay with a UPI app” or a Pix copia e cola code for orders in rupees or reais. These don't pass through a payment provider, so there's no fee — but you confirm them yourself with Mark paid. Every paid order can start a workflow (trigger: Payment received).

WhatsApp's 24-hour rule

Products and pay buttons are conversation messages, so they can only be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, WhatsApp allows only approved templates.
