Per-platform connection caps + Plans Editor 2.0

Super-admins can now configure exact connection caps per network (3 Facebook, 5 Instagram, 2 X, etc.) per plan tier.

The Plans Editor (super-admin → /admin/plans) gained a Per-Platform Caps editor: increment/decrement steppers for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, WhatsApp, plus all 6 ad networks.

Backend `_enforce_social_account_caps` and `_enforce_ad_account_caps` now consult the granular per-platform caps first, falling back to the flat per-platform limit when a specific platform isn't configured.

Frontend Plans Editor adds: archetype dropdown (Solo / Agency / White-Label), annual discount %, behavior flags (free trial, custom pricing, white-label, Stripe Connect, allow overage, dedicated support), conditional sub-fields, Stripe overage price ID.
